Pricing and payment

• All prices include GST
• All prices are in Australian Dollars
• All prices are correct at time of publication. Prices are subject to change without notification.
• Full payment is required before goods are dispatched, unless a customised or pre cut order. See next.
• Full payment for all customised orders and pre cut orders must be made before commencement of cutting and preparation of the order.

Delivery

• All delivery prices and times are calculated for each individual order, depending on size of order and destination. Unless delivery is to rural or remote area, delivery time is usually 3 to 10 days.
• For large orders requiring delivery by pallet it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure a forklift is available to unload.

Delivery delays

• Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.  Should there be a delay in dispatching your order, you will be notified when your order will be available and payment will not be required until prior to the given dispatch date.  If timeframe is not suitable you may cancel your order.
• Weed Gunnel is not responsible for any delays in delivery as a result of  carrier delays.  If you notifiy us that order has not arrived on time we can contact the carrier to ensure problems are resolved.

Returns and refunds

• Goods returned for exchange due to our error would be accepted freight forward using the orginal courier.
• No refunds or exchange will be given for any customised or precut orders.
• At our discretion, we may accept returns in other circumstances, provided they are unopened, unmarked and returned freight paid. Please contact us if you have any problems.

• Refund or exchange will be arranged for any products with faults, due to manufacturing error.

• Notice of faults must be lodged within 30 days of purchase date to arrange refund or exchange.

• No refund or exchange will be given for any customised or precut orders,) if you change your mind on the cuts or products.

   

• Privacy

• We take your privacy seriously and will only ask for personal information, such as name, delivery address and contact details necessary to:

.     process all enquiries, quotes, invoicing and arrange delivery of products you have requested

.     to respond to your queries and feedback

• This information will be recorded on our secure account program for future reference when reordering. We update security setting on an ongoing basis.
• This information is for Weed Gunnel use only and  will not be shared, passed on or sold to any other party.
